Barbara Jean (Babs) has started a new blog, Real Food for Real People. She has allowed me to take part in it but really everyone gets to. It's a food blog for recipes of everyday food for everday people. If you need a quick recipe for a good meal, check it out, if you have a recipe or an idea for a good meal you can e-mail them to Babs and she will see that they get posted or you can e-mail them to me, you could probably even just leave it in a comment and we'll see that it is taken care of. We'll give you credit and add you to the blogroll on the sidebar. It's brand new but sure to grow fast, so stop by when you get the chance. (This especially means you AZCG) Peace and Good Eating.

Well, what shall I do! K will not eat anything like a casserole. He doesn't like his foods mixed, so I don't prepare any quick one pot meals because he won't eat them. I'm gonna rack my brain... give me a while, I'm bound to come up with a recipe or two.

azcg - no offense but "K" sounds like a pain in the "A" sometimes, you can post any type of recipe you like, we're not that picky, we'd just be glad to have you join in.

loved the story behind that pumpkin pie!!! the reverse happened at my cousins; she was doing a chicken casserole and wanted to put cayenne pepper and put cinnamon instead. Out of all of us eating there that day, only by better-half enjoyed it. He loves to try new and weird stuff!

great to hear from you nyasha, my family probably would have eaten it also, it's hard to mess up anything too bad when it comes to chicken, i once baked a chicken and basted it with butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon (it's all i had in the house) and it was actually pretty good. take care.
