Oh, I Wish I was in Dixie...

Well my friends it has happened at last, Memorial Day got him all worked up and Captain Montanus refused to take his medication and declared war on the Northern Aggressors once again. He was last seen this morning mounted on his trusty steed “Spartacus” and headed in the direction of the Capitol to wage his coup on the Whitehouse. The proper authorities have been notified, with any luck Captain Montanus should be in custody and locked back up in the Booby Hatch by nightfall. We are all just thankful that he did not get his hands on a cannon like he wanted. Hopefully after a short stay and a complete adjustment of his medications, he will be released back into the care of his loved ones. Lets all wish the Captain a speedy recovery and the best of mental health in the future.

Di - republicans don't have to love other republicans, and i beleve he's a son of the south first and foremost, and what's lovin' guns got to do with it? he's packin .54 caliber cap and ball springfield rifle ain't he? (i'm takin' a stab at what it really is) he'll probbly know.

xmichra - just because we've mentioned the words; montanus, military, cannon, and republican all on the same site and on the internet, we are all probably being checked out now by montanus' beloved DEA, ATF, FBI, AND CIA Ninjas! So look out!

and xmichra - i keep forgetting to tell you, my gun club took up a donation and had we had Gladeola's upturned nipple fixed, check her out below.

Hehe..you're probabaly right (on being 'checked out'). A good memorial day to you & yourn Chuck. I think I saw the old fella on the horse up here last week riding in our Victoria Day parade..yep yep as a matter of fact it was him indeed. I must say..medication or nay..he cut a strikingly fine figure in the saddle and we haven't seen a gun exposed like that if not in millennia..then at least in this century. Makes me wanna go out and git me one..(I snaffled your gun gif hope that was okay) at least I can pretend.

Later guy

Hi Chuck!

Yeah, it was a busy weekend -- family on Sat., shopping and laundry of Sun., and projects around the house of Mon.! I checked in to read, but didn't have much time to comment. Glad you're feeling better!

Man, that's a great picture. I wish I could do things like that. I am going to cut it out and send it to my brothers, and tell them it is Great Grandpa Joseph Deen. Let them figure that out.

What's paint? Does it come with Windows XP?

Yeah, I saw it was me, I was quite flattered. What I couldn't figure out was how you got the picture face and the picture to be in scale.

I'm a lot more dangerous with a baseball bat than a cannon. My credo is "doin' right ain't got no end!"

yeah, it's in Accessories, you can open about any saved image with it and copy, past or drag to get what you want, i just opened it and tried about everything and learned how to do it (i still haven't learned half of what it can do) i got lucky and the photos were close to the same scale, you can magnify the photo like up to 6x and work to get the pixals close to being write. it was a lot of trial and error but all i got is time, you can put text on photos too, i cant't freehand very well but i cheat a lot.
